
When the mind, body and soul align, there is a rhythmic harmony that unfolds. That, to me, is Consonance. Consonance helps one in being in touch with one's own intuition, setting healthy boundaries, engaging in healthy relationships and receiving the bounty that life can bring forth for us. We experience consonance when we are attuned and there is a rhythm within ourselves. It is like tuning into our favorite radio channel - when the frequency aligns, the broadcast is loud and clear and we can enjoy the music. This produces positive vibrations that keep us all emotionally well.
What is Emotional Wellbeing?
Was there a time that you experienced an emotional breakdown or a time that you felt so frustrated that you wanted to scream? How we think, feel, behave and cope with life - all of these constitute our emotional well-being. It is influenced by our genes, our life experiences and governs every decision that we’ve made so far. Right from our self-confidence, physical health to our profession and our relationships, our emotional well-being impacts every aspect of our life and that’s why it is as important as our physical health. It’s important to keep the mind fit and in shape.
