Consonance helps one in being in touch with one's own intuition, setting healthy boundaries, engaging in healthy relationships and receiving the bounty that life can bring forth for us. We experience consonance when we are attuned and there is a rhythm within ourselves. It is like tuning into our favorite radio channel - when the frequency aligns, the broadcast is loud and clear and we can enjoy the music. This produces positive vibrations that keep us all emotionally well.
